Did you know? Modular homes are built to the International Residential Code (IRC) which is the same building code used by every municipality in the United States. Prior to adoption of the IRC modular homes were built to the BOCA code so modular homes built now to the IRC code can be directly compared to former BOCA state code modular homes. In addition, every modular home we sell has a seal of approval from the state of Michigan specific to that modular home. Modular homes are built with the same materials and processes as site-built homes and, like site-built homes are “stick built.” Huron Modular Homes is a dealer of ranch, cape cod and two story modular homes.
Building a quality home starts with quality materials. We use National Name Brands, many with their own warranties, to assure your home is as worry-free as possible.
